Introduction : Currently, waste gas purification tower has been successfully used to deal with spraying waste gas, printing waste gas, chemical waste gas, electronic waste gas, medical waste gas, asphalt waste gas, mechanical exhaust, sewage waste gas, etc. And it also has a great success in meeting the national discharge standard. At the same time, it removes odour and improves the environment. It is especially suitable for the waste gas which is of low dust capacity, low concentration and great peculiar smell. This machine aims at separating gas from the contaminant and translating into innocuous substance and then cleaning gas. The waste gas intakes to the purifying column through the air hose, after packing, the waste gas and absorption liquid are completely contacted and have a neutral reaction. After purified, the waste gas discharges into the environment after demisting and dehydration. Its motivation is draught fan.
Construction and working theory: 1. Purification tower consists of tower body, solvent tank, spraying system, packing, separator of gas and solvent. 2. According to different mediums, purification tower can be made of PVC, PP, FRP, carbon steel or stainless steel. 3. Off-gas is input to the tower body from the bottom inlet, and then passed through the filing layer and spray mist system. 4. Off-gas is fluid purified, purified gas pass through the gas-solvent separator, is output to atmosphere. 5. Mist spray system takes American HHSJ spray-head, with good nebulization, obvious purification effect.

Application: Acid gas: sulfuric acid, HLC, nitric acid, HF etc. Alkali gas: NAOH, KOH, NHS etc. Organic gas: benzenes, alcohols, phenols. We used different absorption solvent for dealing with different harmful gas.
Attention: 1. This purification tower should be installed on anti corrosion basis which is higher 100mm than ground. Pump with acid resistance should be on another anti corrosion basis. 2. This equipment should be installed indoor, in order to prevent cold weather from effecting on equipment and absorption solvent. 3. If there is no PH controlling system, PH of acid or alkali solvent should be checked regularly, and consistency should be adjusted at any time. 4. Spray-head and filling material should be checked regularly, in order to avoid plugging, any problems should be solved immediately.
